Where we ship

Seasonal merch ships to:

• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Australia
• Japan
• Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland

Checkout will only accept addresses in those countries. If your country is not listed, we cannot fulfill the order yet.

Cost and timing

Shipping cost is calculated at Stripe Checkout from the address you enter. We aim to pack orders within 5–10 business days. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking from the checkout email when the label is created.

Returns

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on you unless we shipped the wrong size or a defective piece. Write contact@mokrew.life with your order email and we will send the return address.

Damaged or wrong item

Photograph the package and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund.
